Hipot Testing
- An in-house test of di-electric strength to ensure insulation of wires and other components is adequate
- Hipot testing is also used to verify levels of water ingress protection have been achieved
Pull Testing
- Strain relief performance can be qualified using in-house tensile testing equipment
Label Verification
- Scanning of UDI labels verifies barcode grade is acceptable per applicable standards
PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
- PPAPs are usually completed by the OEM of the system for which the Linemaster controls are utilized
- Linemaster often provides documentation to assist the OEM with this process
Ingress of Liquid Testing
- Testing can be completed in-house for IPX8 compliance
- Other testing can be accommodated with outside vendors
ATE (Automated Test Equipment)
- Advanced test equipment is incorporated to reduce operator error to provide the highest level of performance
- Product is 100% tested in production and 100% tested again before shipment
FAI (First Article Inspections)
- FAIRs are commonly provided for V&V units during initial product qualification
