How Do I Place an Order With Linemaster?

Placing an Order Online
  • Log in to www.linemaster.com.
  • Create an account if you’re not an existing customer.
  • Using the interactive tool, find the part number of the switch that you’re looking to purchase if you do not already know it.
  • Add it to your shopping card.
  • When you are checking out, you’ll have the option to pick what UPS shipping method you prefer.
  • We accept all credit cards including Shop and Google Pay.

 

Placing a Purchase Order with Linemaster

If you have an existing account with Linemaster, you can email your purchase order to our Customer Service Team at CS@Linemaster.com.  An order confirmation, tracking notification and invoice will be sent to you. 

If pricing is unknown, or a formal quote is needed, please contact our Customer Service Team at CS@Linemaster.com and we will assist you. 

Brand New Customers – How to Open an Account with LSC

Opening an Account with Linemaster is easy – You can email our Customer Service Team with your W-9 and a resale tax certificate (if applicable) and we will establish your account with credit card terms to get you started.  Purchase Orders can be placed same day and if stock is available, your order will ship in 24-48 hours or a later date if requested. 

If you’d like to establish Net 30 terms with us, please download our credit application , and email the completed form, including your W-9 as well as a resale certificate (if applicable) to our Accounting Team at AR@Linemaster.com for review. 

Lead Times – Stocked Catalog Switches vs Custom Switches

Our goal at Linemaster Switch is to have all of our stocked catalog switches in stock!  There are times, due to heavy order volumes, that we’ll need to schedule your order in our production schedule.  We strive to give you the best ship date possible.  If parts are not in stock, our Customer Service Team will notify you of the earliest available ship date   upon receipt of a Purchase Order.

All our Custom Switches are made to your specifications.  Our Customer Service Team or your Sales Professional will guide you through this process.  Please email CS@Linemaster.com for assistance.
