Linemaster On – Site Technical Training

A hands on visit that walks your team through our design, testing, engineering, and control technologies.

Our On-Site Training Program gives customers a clear look at how Linemaster works from the inside out. This session guides teams through our process, our technologies, and the collaboration that takes place between sales, engineering, and product development. The goal is simple. Create an open environment where visitors can ask questions, exchange ideas, and learn directly from the people who design our customers foot and hand control solutions. These sessions can take place at your facility or at Linemaster, depending on what works best for your team.

What We Cover

These on-site sessions are tailored to the team attending. Below is an overview of the core topics covered during your session.

Company Overview

A walkthrough of Linemaster’s background, mission, and core values. We cover our history, our commitment to quality, and how our products have evolved across medical, and laboratory environments.

Innovation Center, Testing, and Design

A guided look at how the Innovation Center supports collaboration and rapid prototyping. Attendees will see our testing equipment, documentation process, and standards such as lifecycle testing to one million cycles and IPX8 water testing in compliance with IEC and ISO guidelines. We also outline how we approach performance, durability, and customization across all foot control designs.

Wireless Systems, Bluetooth, R/F and Cybersecurity

An overview of how our wireless technology works. We explain transmitter and receiver systems, BLE and RF communication, pairing configurations, and the security measures that protect against interference or data concerns. No patient or network information is ever at risk when using our system.

Illumination and Haptic Response

An overview of advanced features that support operator awareness and improve user control. This includes lighting for visibility, haptic response for real time feedback.

Engineering, Marketing, and Product Development Collaboration

Our on-site sessions highlight how Engineering, Marketing, and Product Development work together to support every stage of a customer project. Engineering explains how designs are created, tested, and validated. Product Development outlines how new technologies and features move from concept into production. Marketing provides clarity around product positioning, customer communication, documentation, and how we support your team throughout the lifecycle of your project.

This combined overview gives visitors a full picture of how ideas move through our organization, how decisions are made, and how each department contributes to building a safe, reliable, and compliant foot control.

Key Takeaways

Teams leave the session with the following benefits.

Customize Your Session

Every session is shaped around the group attending. Before the visit, our team connects with you through a kickoff meeting or an email exchange to understand what you want to focus on. This helps us outline the session in a way that reflects your goals and the stage your project is in. When scheduling, you can let us know:

  • What technologies you want to explore
  • What challenges your team is facing
  • What stage of product development your project is in
  • Any specific wireless, testing, design, or documentation topics you want covered

This information helps us build a session that supports the areas most important to your team.
