A Record Breaking Year Built on Consistency
2025 marked an important milestone for Linemaster. For the first time, consistent progress was sustained across an entire calendar year. This month also marked the twenty-first consecutive month of outperforming the same month from the year prior.
The level of consistency reflects steady execution across the company. It speaks to coordination on the production floor, ongoing engineering support, responsive customer service, and the trust customers place in Linemaster products every day.
Supporting Customers Every Step of the Way
Throughout the year, Linemaster teams supported a high volume of communication and customer engagement, reinforcing that reliability extends beyond the product itself.
In 2025, more than 58,000 phone calls were handled across the organization, with customer service teams directly supporting over 14,000 customer interactions. These conversations included order support, technical questions, and continued collaboration with customers across a wide range of applications.
Behind each interaction is a team focused on responsiveness, accuracy, and follow through, ensuring customers receive consistent support when they reach out.
From the Shop Floor to Engineering Innovation
Production and engineering teams continued to play a critical role throughout the year, balancing increased demand with the quality standards Linemaster is known for.
On the production floor, skilled operators ensured products moved efficiently through manufacturing. Engineering teams supported existing designs and customer specific requirements, helping maintain performance, reliability, and consistency as demand increased. This collaboration allowed Linemaster to remain flexible while meeting customer expectations.
Connecting Beyond Our Walls
Out of State Collaboration with New England Wire
In 2025, the marketing team completed its first out of state video collaboration with New England Wire Company, visiting their New Hampshire facility to see Linemaster foot switches in action across every workstation.
Some units were covered in paint and dirt from years of use, while others had been operating for more than 35 years and were still going strong. Seeing products withstand real world conditions firsthand served as a reminder of the reliability behind Linemaster designs and the people who build them every day.
Linemaster at MEDICA
Linemaster traveled to Düsseldorf, Germany, to participate in the MEDICA trade show. Throughout the week, the team met with visitors from around the world, answered questions, and showcased the strength of Linemaster’s product lineup.
The conversations and feedback gathered during the event continue to help guide future projects as Linemaster expands its global presence. Looking ahead, MEDICA has announced updates for 2026, including a redesigned hall structure intended to bring product groups together more effectively.
Giving Back to the Communities We Support
Community involvement remained an important focus throughout 2025. Over the course of the year, Linemaster supported a wide range of organizations and initiatives, including those focused on education, healthcare, veterans, environmental efforts, employee support, and local community events.
