MEET OUR SALES TEAM!

JAMES CARLONE

VP SALES

James Carlone brings over 18 years of leadership to Linemaster, where he currently serves as Vice President of Sales. His responsibilities include oversight of the Sales, Customer Service, and Estimating teams.

James began his journey at Linemaster as a Territory Manager for the Northeast region and spent four years in that role before advancing to Sales Director and later Vice President. His ability to lead high-performing teams and foster strong customer relationships has been a constant throughout his career.

Before joining Linemaster, James held several roles that shaped his approach to sales and strategy. He spent 11 years as a Senior Territory Manager with Henkel Loctite, earning multiple Sales Leadership Conference awards along with Rookie of the Year. Prior to that, he served as a Territory Manager with Parker Hannifin, where he received the President’s Recognized Award. His early career included 10 years at Mott Metallurgical in Inside Sales and Purchasing.

JIMMY LOGSDON

SOUTHEAST REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

Jim Logsdon has been part of the Linemaster team for 27 years, bringing a well-rounded background in manufacturing, drafting, customer service, and sales. In addition to managing sales throughout the Southeast region, Jim has served as Linemaster’s Marketing Manager for the past 15 years.

He holds a degree in Business Management and has more than two decades of experience in sales. His wide-ranging expertise gives him a strong understanding of both the technical and customer-facing sides of the business.

Outside of work, Jim enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, sharing laughs over good comedies, and catching up with friends.

PAUL LEITE

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

As a Regional Sales Manager at Linemaster, Paul Leite is passionate about helping customers navigate complex challenges with clarity, confidence, and technical precision. With a strong foundation in manufacturing and hands-on industry experience, Paul works closely with clients to identify product needs and deliver solutions that are both practical and effective.

He is known for simplifying technical details, building long-term trust, and staying focused on what matters most: supporting customer success. Whether he is guiding a new implementation or helping maintain an existing program, Paul brings consistency, insight, and a problem-solving mindset to every interaction.

DAN TWISS

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

With over 30 years at Linemaster and nearly four decades of experience in sales, Daniel Twiss brings deep industry knowledge and a strong customer-first mindset to his role as Regional Sales Manager for the Western Region. Based in Northern California, Daniel supports a broad and diverse territory across the western United States and parts of Canada.

His long tenure at Linemaster reflects a deep commitment to building lasting relationships both within the company and across the customer base. Daniel takes pride in helping clients find the right solutions for their applications and continues to enjoy the work as much today as when he first started.

HANS PASTOETTER

INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER

STATES SERVICED: Everything outside of North America

Hans Pastoetter has served as Linemaster’s International Sales Manager for the past seven years, overseeing all business outside of North America. His global background and industry expertise make him a key partner for customers around the world.

Before joining Linemaster, Hans spent 10 years at Kiefel GmbH in Freilassing, Germany, where he worked as a Senior Area Sales Manager focused on the medical and packaging industries. Prior to that, he spent nine years at Siemens AG in Munich, managing international projects in mobile networks and managed services.

Hans brings a deep understanding of international sales, project coordination, and cross-industry applications to his work, helping customers navigate complex global requirements with clarity and confidence.
