This procurement method is ideal for recurring needs, such as foot switches and control systems, as it simplifies ordering processes and ensures consistent supply. By establishing a BPO, customers can better manage inventory, reduce administrative workload, and maintain flexibility in scheduling deliveries, all while securing reliable access to Linemaster’s high-quality products.
Can I place a blanket order?
Yes, Linemaster Switch Corporation allows customers to place blanket orders to streamline the procurement process for foot switches and related products. Blanket orders provide flexibility in scheduling deliveries, ensuring that customers can maintain a consistent supply of units over a specified period.
For orders ranging from 100 to 199 units, deliveries must be scheduled within a 6-month timeframe. A complete release schedule, outlining the delivery dates for the entire order, is required at the time of the purchase order. This structured approach ensures timely fulfillment and prevents delays in the supply chain.
For larger orders of 200 or more units, Linemaster offers an extended delivery window of up to 12 months. As with smaller orders, a detailed release schedule must accompany the purchase order to guarantee proper coordination and fulfillment throughout the year.
