Reports To
This position will report to the Materials Supervisor
Packer Job Responsibilities: The primary role is to gather inventory and wrap and package for shipping.
Job Duties:
· Preparing packages and labeling them appropriately
· Inspecting packages to ensure they are not damaged
· Keeping records of packages in our ERP system.
· Filling out packing forms with the relevant shipping information
· Sealing shipping boxes and labeling them appropriately
· Monitoring and ordering shipping supplies as needed.
Qualifications
· Good Communication Skills
· Excellent hand-eye coordination
· Ability to learn on the job with one on one instruction
· Must maintain good attendance and work ethic
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of standing. Some lifting up to 30lbs.
